Gehen. (Andrea Keiz. Germany.) 2:14 min.
“Gehen” is a result of a performative project happening from 2011 to 2012 in Berlin. The project was a proposal by “Bergrecherche” a collaboration of several Berlin based artists (Katja Münker, Ingo Reulecke, Andrea Keiz, Klaus Janek, Claudia Tomasi). We walked according to the seasons along a small River in Berlin called Panke together with our guests. Each of the 4 walk lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours. Out of far more than 1000 photos of all different objects, landscapes, people. I finally decided that the feet are the most telling through all the series. Rhythm, direction and diversity.
